Integrating with Zoom

Pathfix allows you to easily add end-user OAuth based integration, handling authorization and enable communication between your app and Zoom in just a few minutes.

Before proceeding, you will first need to register your application with Zoom. Please refer the developer documentation provided by Zoom here: https://marketplace.zoom.us/develop/apps/

Please note: You will need to create an account with Zoom to access this.

Add your App on Zoom

Click on Develop - select Build App from the drop down

The App Credentials page will provide you with the Client ID and Client Secret. Copy this information. This would need to be entered in Pathfix when adding the integration to Zoom on Pathfix.

In the Redirect URL for OAuth and Whitelist URL, enter the Pathfix URI https://labs.pathfix.com/integrate/command

IMPORTANT

Make sure you add the Pathfix URI for the integration to work.

Click on Scopes and select the scope you would like the App to access. Save the scopes information, this would need to be entered in Pathfix when adding the integration to Zoom on Pathfix.

On completion, your final screen should look like the one below. Please verify if the scopes are right and make sure you have chosen View your user information as you will not be able to authorise without this.

Review Zoom Application

Once you have setup your app with Zoom, you need to submit your app for verification.

Note: If this process is not completed, your users will see an error during authorization.
